Our Roots Make Us Strong

As of 2022, over 100 million people around the world have been forced to flee their homes. Through programs like humanitarian parole, more Americans are able to welcome and directly support newcomers, utilizing the power of civil society and Americans’ deep desire to help.
Our mission is to support the career, workplace, and community development of public servants and serve as a catalyst, resource, and force multiplier for the associations that represent and support them.
We believes that the United States is enriched by the contributions of people faith. A more inclusive Federal, State and local workforce strengthens the institutions they serve and ultimately, the public, by providing a broad range of skills and a diversity of experiences and perspectives. A diverse civil and foreign service is also essential to our national security, both at home and abroad.
